"Pretty clean, just a couple small things"
I went in and the place looked clean overall. The tables seemed wiped down, the floor wasn’t bad, and the bathroom was decent too. I did notice a few crumbs over in one corner, so I guess it wasn’t totally spotless, but if everything else looks okay then it still feels clean to me. I’d probably give it 4 stars for cleanliness.

"I was excited to get..."
I was excited to get my order, but when it arrived, a few of the items were wrong. I expected it to be a simple, hassle-free experience, so it was disappointing to have to deal with mistakes right away. Customer support did get back to me, but it took longer than I hoped, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be

The portions were definitely big for the price, I couldn’t even finish mine. That said, the service made me feel a bit ignored, like it was hard to get anyone’s attention when I needed something

I ordered takeout from ilnyp.com pickup was easy. The food was ready close to the time they told me, so that was nice. I did have to wait a few minutes at the counter, but… not really a big deal. Overall, smooth experience

I started out thinking ordering from ilnyp.com would be quick and easy, but wow, my mood changed fast. The checkout was confusing, and I kept wondering if my order actually went through or what was happening. I don’t usually get that annoyed with online shopping, but this just wasn’t a good experience. Probably not something I’d use again.

"Pizza was bland"
I’m not sure if anyone else felt the same, but the pizza I had was really lacking flavor. It just tasted kind of flat to me, like there wasn’t much seasoning or anything going on.

I dunno, the food just felt a little off when I had it. Not terrible or anything, but it didn’t taste super fresh and the quality wasn’t really what I was expecting.

"Showed up sooner than I expected"
My order actually arrived fast, which kind of surprised me. The only weird part was the tracking didn’t update for a bit, so I wasn’t really sure where it was, but then it just showed up...

"Overpriced and disappointing"
I felt like I paid way too much for what I actually got. It wasn’t terrible, but there was really nothing special about it, and for the price I expected a much better experience. I definitely wouldn’t use them again unless they made things right somehow, because at this point I feel like some kind of refund or compensation would be fair.

"Good variety, but a few details feel unnecessary"
I’ve ordered from I Love N.Y. Pizza a few times now, and the menu has more choices than I expected. It makes it easy to find something I’m in the mood for. A few items could use better descriptions, though, because I had to guess a bit on what I was ordering. Some of the extra menu clutter feels kind of unnecessary, but overall I’m happy with the variety...

"Support took a while, not gonna lie"
I had to wait kind of longer than I thought for them to get back to me, and when they did, the answer was not super helpful really. The site itself was fine enough, like it worked okay, but the customer support part could definitely be better in my opinion.
